Where your content is kept

Content you keep local stays on your own device.

Content you choose to put in a connected or hosted PothOS workspace is stored and processed there, so it can be used for you and for the people, devices and tools you authorize.

When you connect another AI service, what you send to it is handled by that service under its own terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Apple or email. We use your sign-in to keep your PothOS account, Worlds and ArcheAgents together and separate from everyone else's.

Invitations and access

PothOS is by invitation. Signing in or downloading PothOS doesn't turn on access by itself. An invitation is accepted only when you choose to accept it while signed in with your own account; accounts aren't joined together because they share an email address.

An invitation link is kept only in the browser tab you opened it in, for up to an hour, so you can sign in and come back to it. It's removed once accepted, or when you sign out or switch accounts.

An invitation gives access to PothOS only. It isn't an offer of a role or membership at JoshOps AI.

Pricing

PothOS software is $0. Free. Always. That applies to personal, nonprofit and commercial use, with no fee per ArcheAgent, device or seat and no subscription. The earlier US$20 per ArcheAgent offer is superseded; see the pricing amendment 2026-11-06.1.

PothOS is a free community project, and a community source release is in preparation. Today, public mission and design documentation is available; no standalone runtime source or native runtime download has been released. The hosted beta stays by invitation.

License terms for the runtime are being reviewed and will be published with the community source release. Existing Apache-2.0 grants cover specific public documentation only and do not license the private runtime. Current community release status.

AI provider subscriptions and usage, hosting, hardware and model licences are separate and paid to whoever provides them.

If your account already has billing from the earlier offer, it isn't changed or cancelled for you. You can review or cancel it from Manage billing on your account page, run by Stripe.
