PothOS · by JoshOps AIPothOS beta participation terms
Version: beta-2026-11-05.1
PothOS is provided by JoshOps AI. Contact: joshua@joshops.ai.
Your invitation and account
Beta access is by invitation. Sign in as yourself and accept only an invitation intended for you. Keep your account and provider credentials private. Downloading a connection kit, being named in a proposal or accepting these terms does not create an administrator role, company partnership or board appointment.
Your invitation and account show the access and coverage offered to you. A sponsorship covers access without representing a payment. Paid Personal PothOS is US$20 per independent ArcheAgent per month; devices are not billed separately. AI-provider subscriptions, chosen hardware and hosting are separate. The existing policy offers one billing month of grace in a rolling twelve-month period without an explanation; one additional month can be requested for individual review. These terms do not initiate a purchase, change a subscription or create a charge.
What this beta includes
The current connected web beta uses the existing PothOS workspace and supported account-scoped tools. It requires internet. Native device/model installers, store listings and particular host integrations have their own release and qualification status. A connection setting or generated answer is not proof that a tool ran, a device enrolled or a physical task completed.
Beta software can contain defects and change during testing. Keep your own copies of important work. Do not rely on an unverified output as the only basis for a high-consequence decision. Nothing here removes rights you have by law.
Your content and choices
Your content remains yours. Use only material you are authorized to provide. Your private workspace is separate from other participants and from shared projects. Review and explicitly accept an offered shared project before sending material to it. Participation in this beta does not itself consent to sharing.
Connecting an external AI host is your choice. Material you deliberately send to that host is handled under that provider's own account settings and terms. JoshOps does not sell your private PothOS memory or use it for advertising profiles. Selected product feedback may inform product improvements; this does not transfer ownership of your work or authorize training on your unrelated private content.
Support and feedback
Share only the details needed for a support request: what you expected, what happened, the affected app/device/version and any evidence you choose. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, tokens, beneficiary case histories or unrelated private files. Review any diagnostic details before sharing them.
The service must show whether a report is prepared, received, waiting, returned or resolved. A saved draft is not a submitted ticket. Retain the request or case identifier so an uncertain result can be recovered without submitting it twice. Reporting a problem does not grant remote control, spending, publication or access to your entire device. Support response and resolution times are not guaranteed by this beta agreement.
You can contact joshua@joshops.ai for support, access or data questions. Requests for export or removal are handled through the available account/support process; the response must explain what was completed and any retained records. No feature is represented as available merely because it is planned.
Separate arrangements
Freelance services, production changes, physical fabrication, partnership economics, employment and formal board appointments require their own agreed scope and authorization. Beta participation alone creates none of those arrangements.
If explicit acceptance is requested, it must identify this exact version and record the accepting account and time. Opening a page, an AI model naming you, or a staff member preparing your profile is not your acceptance.

Pricing update: PothOS software is now free. The pricing amendment 2026-11-06.1 replaces only the software pricing, subscription and covered-month parts of these terms and describes the source release status. Everything else above still applies.
